Peter C. Fusaro, Chairman, Global Change Associates Inc.
This intensive 3 hour seminar incorporates information and knowledge from one of the leading carbon market experts in the world, Peter C. Fusaro Peter is the best selling author of “What Went Wrong at Enron” and 12 other books on energy and environmental financial markets. His focus on the convergence of environment and the capital markets to implement cleaner technologies to create a cleaner energy futures. He was selected to Who’s Who in America for 2007 and 2008 as well as Cambridge Who’s Who.
Peter has pioneered clean energy technology for 32 years including work with US EPA in getting the lead out of gasoline in the 1970, creating demand side management (energy efficiency) programs in New York City in the 1980s, implementing the World Trade Center’s energy efficiency programs in the early 1990s, working with Toyota on the Prius in 1997/1998, and worked for 14 years in the Asia Pacific region helping get the lead out of gasoline in that region. He coined the terms “Green Trading” and “Green Finance” which are the triple convergence of trading of emissions, renewable and energy efficiency (negawatts). Peter created the seminal event on carbon, renewable and energy efficiency trading as well as cleantech and green hedge funds called “The Wall Street Green Trading and Finance Summit” in New York each spring where over 1100 people have attended since 2002. Today, Peter works with hedge funds, venture capital and private equity in transitioning the US economy to a lower carbon future through the implementation of new technology and capital.
Peter is a graduate with an advanced degree in international relations from Tufts University and undergraduate degree from Carnegie-Mellon University.

CPE Credits

This group live seminar is eligible for 3.5 CPE credits if you attend the classroom session.
Be aware that state boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. As of January 1, 2002, sponsored learning activities are measured by program length, with one 50-minute period equal to one CPE credit. One-half CPE credit increments (equal to 25 minutes) are permitted after the first credit has been earned in a given learning activity. You may want to verify that the state board from which your participants will be receiving credit accept one-half credits.

PGS  Energy Training is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA)  as a sponsor of continuing professional education  on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on  the acceptance of individual courses for CPE  credit.
