How This Seminar Works

This live seminar consists of two 75-minute, high quality conference call combined with your choice of printed or Internet-posted slides.

The day before the seminar, you will be emailed a toll-free telephone number to access the audio portion of the live seminar session. The seminar's slides will be attached to the email as a PDF file, and a Website link will be provided so you can view the slides on the Internet if you prefer. Phone calls originating from outside of the USA and Canada will be a toll call billed to you by your telephone service provider.

A few minutes before the seminar is to begin, you will call the toll-free phone number to access the audio portion of the seminar. You can follow the visual portion of the presentation by using the printed PDF files or by viewing the Internet-posted slides on your computer screen.

A professional moderator will manage the seminar teleconference and there will be ample opportunity to ask questions. All participants will hear both the question and the instructor's response. After the seminar is over, further questions can be directed to the instructor via email.

Your Instructor

Greg Peters has over 20 years of energy industry consulting and management experience and is an expert in energy products and services, marketing, and supply planning, procurement and energy management. Mr. Peters' consulting experience includes several years as Manager of Price Waterhouse's National Public Utilities Consulting Services and currently as President, Envision Energy Solutions Company. Envision provides gas, electric and fuel management consulting services to utilities, power producers, IT companies and a wide range of, industrial, commercial and municipal end-users. Previously, Mr. Peters has had "hands-on" and managerial responsibilities in gas supply planning, procurement, fuel management, corporate planning and rates responsibilities for Columbia Energy Services Corporation, Equitable Gas Company, and The Peoples Natural Gas Company.

This fundamental level, group live seminar has no prerequisites. No advance preparation is required before the seminar.

$395 for the first attendee and $195 for each additional participant.

Payment & Cancellations

Payment is due prior to the start of the seminar by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club or check. Seminar fees will be charged to your credit card at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been made. Cancellations can be made up to two (2) business days prior to the start of the seminar for a full refund. No refunds will be made thereafter, but credit will be given toward future seminars. CPE Credits

This group live seminar is eligible for 3.0 CPE credits. PGS telephone seminars are eligible for CPE credits only if seminar participants use the printed seminar slides – not the Internet posted slides. Be aware that state boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. As of January 1, 2002, sponsored learning activities are measured by program length, with one 50-minute period equal to one CPE credit. One-half CPE credit increments (equal to 25 minutes) are permitted after the first credit has been earned in a given learning activity. You may want to verify that the state board from which your participants will be receiving credit accept one-half credits.

PGS Energy Training is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
